  • Heavy duty construction: The 35mm business card TOUGH box is made from high-impact polypropylene — a significantly more robust grade of the same material used in our standard 35mm business card box. Built for environments where standard polypropylene would be subject to heavier-than-normal handling.
  • The packaging box that becomes a storage box: Printers and print finishers use TOUGH boxes to despatch business cards to clients — the impact-resistant construction means the box survives courier handling without cracking, and the cards arrive in perfect condition. Once the client receives their cards, the same box becomes their storage box as they work through the pack. When the cards are gone, the box is repurposed. Not single use.
  • Precision fit for 125 cards: Internal dimensions of 95 x 60 x 35mm hold approximately 125 standard business cards (85 x 55mm) flat and protected. The close internal fit keeps cards from shifting, preventing corner damage and keeping the stack crisp.
  • Interference fit lid — not a loose drop-on: The full-depth lid closes to an interference fit — it gets progressively tighter as it reaches its fully closed position, gripping the base so it won't fall off in normal handling. Cut-away features on either side of the lid make it easy to grip and lift it off cleanly when needed.
  • Translucent white finish: Semi-transparent rather than fully opaque — card details are just visible when pressed against the inside of the lid, but the box otherwise appears white on the shelf.
