Q. Is shipping free?
A. Orders to UK mainland addresses ship for free via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. You will be notified which at the checkout. The carrier selection is determined by the size, weight & value of your order.
Q. What is the daily cut off time for dispatch?
A. 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Q. Am I on the UK mainland?
A. ParcelForce's UK Mainland shipping zone does not include UK islands and Northern Ireland. An additional shipping charge will be applied when shipping orders to these areas.
Q. I have not received my order what should I do?
A. We will contact you to alert you of any delay in the turnaround of your order. If you have not heard from us and have not received your boxes after a few days, please email us here.
Q. My boxes arrived broken what should I do?
A. Email us a photo letting us know - we will always replace or refund the value of any boxes broken in UK transit.This excludes 2nds where we will refund the value of the boxes.
